Description

Top loading arm has sufficient horizontal range to reach the farthest compartment without moving tank truck. Torsion spring balance is lighter and more flexible.

We can make top loading arm according to customers requirements. We can add tight-fill, vapor recovery, vapor plates, tapered hatch plugs, and inflatable hatch seals.

Refuel Scissor Style Top Loading Arm has large horizontal range of movement and wide vertical movement benefits.Refuel top loading arm is fit for tank trucks, rail tank and drums.which can transfer of virtually liquid, such as petroleum, bitumen, LPG, LNG, chemical, asphalt, and so on.

According to transferring different medium or customers' requirements, Refuel loading systems can be equipped with tight fill and vapor recovery system, such as tapered hatch plug, vapor sealing cover,hatch sealing, overfill optic sensor and ground monitoring to avoid hazardous vapour to pollute environment.

We also can match loading valve and safety breakaway valve with the loading arm. As to asphalt/ bitumen loading arm, crude oil loading arm, it is necessary to equipped with steam jacket, heat oil trace, electricity heater with the loading arm.

You can choose different material truck loading arm, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, Aluminum alloy, stainless steel. The pipe can be lined with PTFE according to customers' requires. Scissor style top loading arm, fixed reach style top loading arm, slide sleeve arm, unsupported boom style top loading arm and supported boom style top loading arm are available.
